Mediators, educators, psychologists, social workers from the countries involved in the project 🇧🇪🇫🇷🇮🇹 were there to share their concrete experiences, highlight successes, but also raise difficulties without filter.
An essential space to take a step back, draw inspiration from others, and above all: adjust the tools to make them more efficient and impactfull.
Led by Wim and Michael from Ligand with the OASE method, the workshop was not just a simple meeting but a key moment to strengthen the relevance of our actions, refine the methods, and achieve our objective: to bring more harmony between residents of housing complexes who are experiencing difficulty.
A huge thank you to all practitioners for their commitment, their critical perspective and their desire to improve our approaches and our tools!
Supervision is not a luxury, it is a powerful lever for transforming experimentation into real social innovation and having an impact on the ground.
Thanks also to Università di Sassari and its Restorative Justice team for hosting this very important event.

🗒Feedback from a team of practitioners from Kortrijk (Belgium):
Working in a social housing environment is not always easy. Small tensions can turn into heated discussions. At such times, it is important to continue to communicate.
Our rental orientation team is currently undergoing training in "Recovery-oriented communication with the neighborhood".
This gives them additional tools to maintain dialogue even in difficult circumstances.
